Commentary

Lord Krishna proclaims that He dwells within the hearts of all living beings, implying His presence as the divine essence within everyone. All intellectual faculties, including memory, cognition, and the ability to retain knowledge, originate from Him. He is the source of all mental capacities and the sustainer of cognitive functions.

He is the ultimate subject matter and essence of all the Vedas, the ancient scriptures of knowledge and spiritual wisdom. He is the embodiment of the supreme truths revealed in the sacred texts. He is the ultimate authority on the Vedas and possesses comprehensive knowledge of their teachings.
