Lord Krishna acknowledges that Arjuna is unable to perceive His divine form through ordinary human vision. To enable Arjuna to behold His divine manifestation, Krishna bestows upon him a divine eye, a higher perception beyond the limitations of the physical senses. This divine sight, also known as “divya chakshu,” grants Arjuna the ability to perceive the sublime and celestial aspects of Krishna’s supreme reality. By gifting Arjuna with divine sight, Krishna allows him to witness his extraordinary cosmic form, which is beyond the realm of human perception. This divine vision enables Arjuna to behold the awe-inspiring and majestic opulence of Krishna’s divine nature. Krishna encourages Arjuna to behold his “yoga” or divine union, emphasizing the inseparable connection between the supreme consciousness and the manifested universe. It is through the lens of this divine sight that Arjuna will be able to witness the profound oneness and divine interplay underlying all of creation. The human body is a complex arrangement of atoms and molecules that have coalesced into the intricate forms of flesh, tissues, blood, and bones. This structure originates from a fundamental source of energy that manifests itself through a series of mysterious processes, particularly through six electrical centers known as dynamos located along the spine. Through dedicated practice of yoga over many years, these energetic currents can be directed upward along the spine, culminating in the brain’s reservoir. This disciplined effort can lead to the perception of a radiant center of light opening between the eyebrows. The divine Creator’s Consciousness pervades the quantum realm of quarks, leptons, particles, waves and all the building blocks of matter. He bestows blessings upon those practitioners who achieve a heightened state of awareness, enabling them to perceive His divine presence everywhere. In this true perception, the devotee knows that he is neither the temporary body nor the fluctuating mind.
