Such individuals hold the belief that the world is devoid of truth (asatya) and lacks a firm and stable foundation (apratiṣṭham). They deny the existence of an ultimate governing authority or supreme controller (anīśvaram) who orchestrates the functioning of the universe.
They propose that the world is merely a result of interactions between various elements and entities (aparaspara-sambhūtam), without any higher purpose or underlying order. In their view, the world is perceived as a product of random and independent forces. Desire, or the inherent longing for fulfillment and enjoyment, is considered a driving force behind the manifestation and dynamics of the universe.
