Verse 18-69

न च तस्मान्मनुष्येषु कश्चिन्मे प्रियकृत्तम: |

भविता न च मे तस्मादन्य: प्रियतरो भुवि || 69 ||

“Among human beings, there is no one dearer to Me than that person, and nor will there be anyone dearer on this earth than that person.” 
 

Commentary

Lord Krishna states that among all human beings, there is no one who is dearer to Him than that particular person. The verse signifies a deep bond of love and affection between the divine and this individual. It highlights the unique and special relationship that exists between the devotee and the divine.


Lord Krishna asserts that there will not be anyone else on the entire earth who will be dearer to Him than that particular person. This further emphasizes the unparalleled affection and special status of the devotee in the eyes of the divine.
