“Salutations to you, O Vāyu, Yama, Agni (the fire), Varuṇaḥ (the lord of water), and Śhaśhāṅkaḥ.
You are Prajapati, the ancient progenitor, and the great-grandfather.
My salutations be to You, again and again, a thousand times.
Once again, I bow down to You, offering my reverence and obeisance.”
