“He who sees Me in all beings and all beings in Me never loses sight of Me nor I lose sight of him.”
Commentary: The great Lord Krishna has created universes upon universes and established Himself in every aspect of nature. In your dream, all your dream stuff including people, things, environment, events, situations – they are all made up of your own consciousness, isn’t it? Your individual power of consciousness exists in all aspects of your dream stuff and vanishes just as easily as it was created. Voila! you create the dream in a night and poof! you dissolve it in a few hours. Man’s material life is nothing different. It’s a short experience between eurekas and poofs in God’s creation. Just as your consciousness exists in all the people and things in your dream, God’s consciousness is present everywhere. For a yogi who is awake from the sleep of delusion, God is everywhere.
Daily for about twenty minutes, if you can practice this simple method, you may get an idea of experiencing yourself in all and all in yourself. The prerequisite is to have a highly sensitive power of feeling and imagination. Open and close the palm of your hand 100 times and just watch the movement. Feel your power as long and deep as you can. Imagine the same power batting your eyelids, moving your head and legs. Now imagine your form is not the body but the invisible power itself that is now moving the body. Watch people at home or outside doing different activities and now imagine you, as the invisible power operating in your body, are empowering them to use their will to move their bodies. You are the power behind their free will!
Affirmation:
‘I am the power behind the free will of (your name). I am the power behind the free will of every living being. I am the power behind the movements of the planets. I am the wave of power in the mighty ocean of God’s power.’
Now you have an intellectual concept of how the power moving your palms is the same power behind everything. This abstraction of power, intelligence and love is converted to experience by one who practices yoga.
